1. About these terms
These Terms govern use of the ARRISE website and online platform operated by ARRISE – Academy for Research & Orthopaedic Rehabilitation, Innovation and Sports Medicine Excellence, Dorpsstraat 11, 2950 Kapellen, Belgium.
By using an ARRISE account or submitting a registration, reservation or enquiry, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. Healthcare treatment itself remains subject to applicable professional, patient-rights and healthcare rules.
2. ARRISE services
The platform supports ARRISE rehabilitation and physiotherapy services, patient progress and session reporting, Academy activities, research information, contact requests, and the charity shop. Features may change as the clinic and platform develop.
3. Patient and staff accounts
- Clinical patient access is activated by authorised ARRISE staff; there is no general public registration for clinical access.
- Users must provide accurate information and keep login credentials confidential.
- Access is role-based. Patients may access their own authorised clinical information; therapists may access patients assigned to their care; authorised administrators may access patient and report information where required for clinical and clinic-management responsibilities.
- ARRISE may suspend or deactivate access where necessary for security, confidentiality, staffing changes or misuse.
4. Healthcare information
General information published on the website is educational and does not replace an individual assessment by a qualified healthcare professional. Patient-specific instructions, reports and rehabilitation plans provided through the clinical relationship should be followed as discussed with the treating professional.
5. Appointments
Appointments may be managed through ARRISE's designated booking or practice-management service or directly with the clinic. Cancellation, rescheduling, payment or reimbursement conditions are those communicated by ARRISE or the relevant booking channel for the service. The website is not an emergency service.
6. Academy
Course-specific dates, prices, payment instructions, cancellation conditions, eligibility requirements and certification details shown for an Academy activity form part of the applicable registration information. Educational materials may not be copied, redistributed or commercially reused without permission unless expressly stated otherwise.
7. Charity shop
The website may allow users to view or reserve charity-shop products. Unless a specific page expressly provides online checkout, reservations are not online purchases and payment or collection is handled directly with ARRISE. Product availability is not guaranteed until confirmed.
8. Acceptable use and confidentiality
You must not attempt to access another person's account or clinical information, bypass access controls, introduce malicious software, scrape protected information, misuse uploaded files, impersonate another person, or use the platform unlawfully. Suspected unauthorised access may result in immediate suspension and investigation.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, ARRISE website content, branding, course materials and original platform content may not be reproduced or commercially reused without permission. Third-party material remains subject to the rights of its respective owner.
10. Availability and third-party services
ARRISE aims to keep the platform available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Some functions depend on hosting, email, appointment-management or other third-party services. External services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. ARRISE is not responsible for loss caused solely by misuse of the platform, unauthorised sharing of a user's credentials, or third-party services outside ARRISE's reasonable control. These Terms do not limit ARRISE's professional obligations when providing healthcare.
12. Changes and contact
ARRISE may update these Terms to reflect changes to the platform, services or applicable requirements. Material changes affecting registered users will be communicated appropriately. Questions can be sent to info@arrise.be.
13. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by applicable Belgian law. Mandatory consumer, patient and data-protection rights remain unaffected.
